That's right - the 3rd batch of our big & bold Double India Pale Ale is back on tap since we polished off the Cask IPA. This keg has been resting for a few months and I think the hop bitterness has mellowed substantially and the honey flavor has become a bit more balanced, making this a sweet & smooth, big DIPA.
