Introducing our first ever Witbier. A Belgian style that's very pale & cloudy due to it being unfiltered and the high level of wheat that's used in the mash. Always spiced, generally with coriander & orange peel (we used Grains of Paradise as well), ours is crisp with a slight twang from the wheat and the unique Belgian ale yeast used for fermentation. This is refreshing and thirst-quenching with tons of juicy flavor with a hint of spice. It's delicious!Brewer's specs:

Hops: German Hallertauer & Czech Saaz
Spices: Coriander, orange peel, Grains of Paradise

Wittekerke Framboise - a blend of Wittekerke's regular wheat beer, Petrus oak-aged pale ale & pure raspberries
