Bell's Brewery Dinner - May 4

Tuesday May 4th will be the second of our monthly beer dinners to be hosted by a guest brewery, featuring their beers exclusively. You might remember when Steven Hale of Schlafly came through back in July, which was, and still is, one of our most popular dinners, but this time we'll be joined by John Mallett of Bell's Brewery. John, a graduate of the Siebel Institute in Chicago, began working at Bell's as Production Manager nearly 9 years ago where he "manages all aspects of beer production and engineering". As if that doesn't sound cool enough, he also heads up SAAZ Brewing Equipment & Services, engineering & fabricating solutions for breweries. He's also on the Master Brewer's Association of America. Needless to say, we're excited to welcome him to KC!
